Praying With Confidence in God's Power Over Strongholds
Life can be overwhelming, whether with good or with bad, and sometimes just the mix of the two makes our heads spin. When you can't find the words to express what you'd like to say to our Heavenly Father, remember the Holy Spirit takes our meekest groaning and intercedes on our behalf in the heavenly realm (Romans 8:26,27).
Meanwhile, sometimes we just need a kickstart to get our thoughts flowing so we can express ourselves to God from the depths of our hearts. That's what these prayers are for--to act as a heart prompt and help encourage us as we commune with our Lord. Use them however they are beneficial for you in your spiritual journey.

Fear
Lord,
When life throws darts of strife, calamity, and hurt at us from all directions, it is easy to lose sight of Your providence. Yet, we know that You are always faithful, and hold each of us in Your heart and hand continually. We know that we can find strength in You and have courage to move forward, knowing that You know the end from the beginning. You are with us at every turn along our journey, and You will never leave us or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). I claim this promise today, when fear is threatening to close in on me. In Your strength, I can have the courage to face the unknown.
Thank You!
